Vivaura Technologies(이하 "회사")는 VIVASPORT 웹 · 앱 · 워치 서비스를 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 처리방침을 둡니다.
1. 처리 목적
- 회원 가입 · 로그인 · 본인 식별, 계정 보안과 부정 이용 방지
- 스포츠 대회 · 챌린지 참가 신청과 운영(주최자 제공 포함), 배번 · 기념품 배송, 결과 · 순위 · 완주 증서 발급
- 운동 기록(휴대폰 · 워치), 경로 · 거리 · 심박 등 측정값 저장, 기록 검증과 부정 기록 차단
- Health Connect · 워치 연동, 걸음 챌린지 집계
- 크루 소개 · 코스(아트런) 공유, 응원 메시지
- 문의 · 신고 접수와 답변, 분쟁 대응
- 서비스 알림(앱 푸시 · 이메일), 서비스 안정성 · 보안 분석

주민등록번호 · 여권번호 등 고유식별정보와 카드번호는 수집하지 않습니다. 유료 결제는 현재 운영하지 않으며, 시작하기 전에 결제 대행사와 처리 항목을 고지합니다.
민감정보(건강): 심박수(평균 · 최대 · 운동 중 심박)는 「개인정보 보호법」상 건강에 관한 민감정보로 보고, 별도의 선택 동의를 받은 경우에만 처리합니다. 동의하지 않으면 심박을 저장하지 않으며 심박 구간 · 심박 기반 칼로리 등 일부 기능만 제한됩니다. 동의는 앱 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
개인위치정보: 운동 경로(GPS)는 개인위치정보 수집 · 이용 동의를 받은 경우에만, 운동 기록 중에만 수집합니다. 경로는 본인만 볼 수 있고 주최자에게도 제공하지 않습니다. 대회 라이브 지도에는 참가자가 대회마다 동의한 경우에만 코스 위 추정 지점을 닉네임과 함께 표시합니다. 자세한 내용은 위치정보 이용약관을 따릅니다. 공개 화면(순위 · 지도 · 공유)에는 닉네임만 표시합니다.

관계 법령이 별도의 보존 기간을 정한 경우(예: 유료 결제 시 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 거래 기록 5년)에는 그 기간 동안 분리 보관합니다.
4. 파기 절차 · 방법
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 자동 삭제 작업으로 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 대회 결과처럼 다른 기록과 이어진 정보는 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 항목만 되돌릴 수 없게 지웁니다.
5. 제3자 제공
이용자가 참가를 신청한 대회의 주최자에게 참가 운영에 필요한 정보(이름, 연락처, 신청 종목 · 상태, 주최자가 신청서에 정한 항목, 택배 대상의 배송 정보)를 제공합니다. 주최자는 배송을 위해 택배사에 배송 정보를 전달할 수 있으며, 대회 운영이 끝나면 지체 없이 파기해야 합니다. 주최자의 조회 · 내려받기는 접속기록으로 남습니다. 그 밖에는 법령에 근거가 있는 경우에만 제공합니다.
6. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외에서 처리됩니다(「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호, 계약 이행을 위한 위탁 · 보관).

국내 업체(카카오 주소 검색, 국토교통부 V-World, 공공데이터포털 날씨)에는 공개된 주소나 계정 정보가 없는 좌표만 전달합니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 회원 탈퇴로 이전을 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든 개인정보의 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 처리정지와 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱의 내 정보 → 설정(프로필 수정 · 계정 삭제)이나 아래 개인정보 보호 창구로 요청하면 10일 안에 처리합니다. 대리인을 통한 요청도 가능합니다. 필수 정보를 삭제하면 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
8. 만 14세 미만 아동
VIVASPORT는 만 14세 미만은 가입 · 이용할 수 없습니다. 생년월일이 만 14세 미만으로 확인되면 이용을 제한하고, 수집된 정보는 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 관리적 조치: 내부 관리계획 수립 · 시행, 개인정보 취급자 최소화, 정기 점검
- 기술적 조치: 접근 권한 분리(주최자는 자기 대회 참가자만), 관리자 화면의 개인정보 기본 가림과 해제 기록, 개인정보 접속기록(누가 · 언제 · 어디서 · 무엇을) 보관, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 비밀번호 · 인증 토큰의 해시 저장, 사진 위치정보(EXIF) 제거, 공개 화면 닉네임 표시, 봇 차단
- 물리적 조치: 클라우드 사업자(Cloudflare) 데이터센터의 출입 통제 등 물리 보안
10. 쿠키 · 자동 수집 장치
웹은 로그인 유지와 언어 · 테마 설정을 브라우저 저장소에 보관합니다. 광고나 행태 추적을 위한 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 저장 데이터를 삭제할 수 있으며, 로그인 정보를 지우면 다시 로그인해야 합니다.

13. 처리방침 변경
이 처리방침은 2026년 10월 14일부터 시행합니다. 내용이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 서비스와 홈페이지로 알리며, 이전 처리방침은 계속 열람할 수 있습니다.

Vivaura Technologies ("we") operates the VIVASPORT web, app and watch services. This notice explains how we protect your personal data under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and how to reach us.
1. Why we process personal data
- Sign-up, sign-in, identification, account security and abuse prevention
- Event and challenge registration and operations (including provision to organizers), bib and souvenir delivery, results, rankings and finisher certificates
- Activity recording (phone and watch), storing measurements such as route, distance and heart rate, record verification and anti-cheating
- Health Connect and watch integration, step-challenge totals
- Crew listings, course (art run) sharing, cheer messages
- Inquiries and reports, dispute handling
- Service notifications (push and email), reliability and security analysis

We do not collect resident registration numbers, passport numbers or card numbers. Paid payments are not currently offered; the payment processor and fields will be disclosed before they start.
Sensitive (health) data: heart rate (average, maximum, in-activity) is treated as sensitive health data under PIPA and processed only with your separate, optional consent. Without it we do not store heart rate; only heart-rate zones and heart-rate-based calories are unavailable. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings.
Personal location data: activity routes (GPS) are collected only with your location consent and only while recording. Routes are visible only to you and are not provided to organizers. The event live map shows an estimated point on the course with your nickname only if you agree for that event. See the Location Terms. Public screens show only your nickname.
3. Retention

Where a law requires a specific period (e.g. 5 years for transaction records once paid payments start), data is kept separately for that period.
4. Destruction
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, data is destroyed without delay by automated deletion jobs. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; where data is linked to other records such as event results, only the fields that identify you are irreversibly removed.
5. Provision to third parties
When you enter an event, we provide its organizer with the information needed to run it (name, contact details, race and status, organizer-defined fields, and delivery details if you chose courier delivery). The organizer may pass delivery details to a courier and must destroy the data once the event operation is over. Organizer views and downloads are recorded in access logs. Otherwise we provide data only where the law requires it.
6. Processors and international transfers
We entrust processing to the following providers, some of which process data outside Korea (PIPA Art. 28-8(1)(iii), entrustment and storage necessary to perform our contract with you).

Korean services (Kakao address search, V-World, the public data portal for weather) receive only public addresses or coordinates without account data. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can stop the transfer by deleting your account; the service will then be unavailable.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing, or withdraw consent, at any time — in the app (My info → Settings: edit profile, delete account) or through the privacy desk below. We handle requests within 10 days. You may also act through a representative. Deleting required data may make some features unavailable.
8. Children under 14
VIVASPORT cannot be used by anyone under 14. If a date of birth shows a user is under 14, we restrict use and delete the collected data without delay.
9. Security measures
- Administrative: an internal management plan, the minimum number of staff handling personal data, regular reviews
- Technical: separated access rights (organizers see only their own events' participants), masking of personal data in admin screens with logged unmasking, personal-data access logs (who, when, from where, what), encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and tokens, removal of photo location data (EXIF), nicknames on public screens, bot protection
- Physical: physical security of the cloud provider's (Cloudflare) data centers
10. Cookies and automatic collection
The website keeps your sign-in and language/theme settings in browser storage. We do not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. You can clear stored data in your browser; clearing sign-in data signs you out.

13. Changes
This notice takes effect on October 14, 2026. Changes are announced through the service and website 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you), and previous versions remain available.
